What fills you up?
What makes you feel expansive?
What gives you joy?
What makes you feel alive?
What feeds your soul?
What’s the one thing that you can do every day to make you feel more abundant?
It doesn’t have to cost money. So often the things we spend money on only give us a fleeting glimpse of the emotions we actually crave.
It can be an experience, something that makes you realise how lucky you are to live where you do, something that makes you feel alive.
It could encapsulate freedom or the life that you want to live.
It could be a feeling of connectedness from spending time with someone you love.
Or the feeling of calm you get from meditating each day.
I have a list, things/experiences that bring me a feeling of calm, joy, freedom, connectedness…one of those is the sea.
It fills me up on so many levels. Whether I am by it or in it, all of my troubles fall away and I remember I am part of something so much bigger.
If I really want to feel alive, swimming in her does this, like nothing else I know.
The cold water invigorates me.
I am reminded of the importance of breathing with intention.
I have such appreciation and gratitude for where I live.
That I am just a tiny part of such an incredibly large and expansive Universe.
I feel really at one with nature.
It does wonders for my mental health and clarity too.
Being expansive, feeling abundant doesn’t have to come from a monetary source. It can come from the experiences that we choose to incorporate into our lives every single day. The decisions we make. The work/life blend we create.
If you are struggling to find your way of feeling abundant, of creating a work/life blend that is aligned to you, a life that feeds and nurtures your soul, I can help you.
